Belcan Workforce Solutions is currently looking for a Supply Chain and Quality Manager to work for one of our clients based in Derby, UK.

You will require 'Right to Work' in UK, unfortunately no sponsorship will be available for this role.

  • Standard 35 hours per week (working 4.5 days between the hours of 7am - 7pm, hours agreed at business discretion)
  • BPSS+ Clearance (Completed by onsite Security)
  • Ideally worked with/for Airbus or Rolls Royce previously.
  • Need to understand supply chain, manufacturing engineering and quality.
  • Understanding of safety quality topics is required.

On-Site SCQM activities include the following

Supply Chain Management

  • Suppliers' performance monitoring.
  • Load and capacity analysis.
  • Rate readiness analysis.
  • Supply chain intelligence management.
  • Transfer of work management.
  • Design change industrialisation management.

Quality Management

Correction: non-conformity eradication (Events / SARI / QSR / Concessions)

Prevention: implementation and management of APQP and quality improvement plan (SQIP)

Supplier Development / Audit and Assessment

  • IPCA
  • CCP
  • Product Audit

Risk Management

Risks identification and assessment

Mitigation plan definition and execution
