We are seeking an experienced HGV Tech to join our client's team in a local authority.
Temporary to Permanent position - 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday only.
NO weekends.
£37,000 per annum (£19.25 per hour).
You will be responsible for carrying out MOT prep, servicing and repairs to a wide range of HGVs, including Gritters. You will be working with a brand-new fleet in a purpose-built workshop, giving you the opportunity to work with the latest technology and equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop and broaden your skills while taking advantage of the excellent job security.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A City & Guilds qualification or equivalent in HGV Repair & Maintenance
- An understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work to deadlines
- A full UK driving licence
