We are seeking a Health & Social Care Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis, starting in the week commencing 10th March, with the possibility of extension beyond Easter. The role involves teaching Level 2 Health & Social Care, ideally to candidates with experience delivering this BTEC.Â
Day-to-day of the role:- Teach Level 2 BTEC Health & Social Care.
- Prepare and deliver engaging and informative lessons that meet curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance teaching practices and experiences for students.
- Manage classroom resources and ensure a safe and tidy environment that is conducive to learning.
- Proven experience in teaching Health & Social Care, ideally at BTEC Level 2.
- Relevant teaching qualification.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving classroom situations.
