Shift: Mon-Fri or Sun-Thur, 22:00 - 06:00
Hourly Rate: £15.18 - £15.55 per hour
SECURE ONGOING POSITION

Staffing Match is currently seeking dedicated and skilled Warehouse Operative to join our client's team in Ashby De La Zouch. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working at heights (required for man-up truck operation). Full training will be provided.

Available Shifts and Pay Rates as a Warehouse Operative:

Nights (Mon-Fri, 22:00 - 06:00, 37.5 hrs): £15.18/hr
Nights (Sun-Thu, 22:00 - 06:00, 37.5 hrs): £15.55/hr

Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:

Operating a man-up truck to pick cases from the warehouse - Full training provided
Screen picking to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
Safely moving goods to designated areas.
Working as part of the warehouse team to meet daily targets.
Adhering to health and safety standards at all times.

Essential Requirements as a Warehouse Operative:

Comfortable working at heights (required for man-up truck operation).
Previous experience in warehouse picking operations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
