Role Overview:
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales of CNC machines, routers, laser systems, and large-scale 3D printers (LSAM) to customers in various industries. You will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance, understanding customer requirements, and offering tailored solutions to meet their specific manufacturing needs. Your technical knowledge combined with your sales acumen will allow you to build strong relationships and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities, targeting key industries that require CNC machines, routers, lasers, and LSAM technology.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support throughout the sales process, ensuring that customers are fully informed and confident in their purchasing decisions.
  • Quotation & Proposal Generation: Develop and present accurate quotations, proposals, and technical specifications to potential clients.
  • Sales Negotiations: Negotiate terms and pricing to secure sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting company profitability targets.
  • After-Sales Support: Offer ongoing technical support and assistance post-sale, ensuring smooth installation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with at least two of the following technologies: CNC machines, industrial routers, laser cutting systems, and large-scale 3D printing (LSAM).
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in a technical sales or engineering role, with experience selling complex machinery or industrial products.
