Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Purchase Ledger to support the team of a busy establishment located in King's Lynn.

Responsibilities:
  • Processing invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documents.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports as required.
  • Supporting the team in resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks is ideal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work as a team.

Previous experience within the Construction industry would be advantageous.
