My clients are looking for a General Manager for their Industrial Cleaning Business
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following experience and qualities:
- Attentive, effective support to customers to ensure timely delivery of service promise across multi sites
- Experience in managing cleaning / facility services in a business to business environment
- Strong people leadership and management skills
- Experience managing Health & Safety
- Driven by your attention to detail and customer focus
- Be able to train, manage and motivate staff, whilst managing staff absence ensuring service levels are reliably met
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills

Pay: £36,000 - £40,000 per year
