Project Manager - Assets, Repairs and MaintenanceNorfolkPaying £450p.dHybrid 3 Month Temp Contract We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's team, managing a diverse portfolio of asset management, repair, and maintenance projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the improvement of social housing services, ensuring high standards, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects within allocated resources, timelines, and budgets, adhering to relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party contractors to mobilise resources.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, providing clear updates and resolving queries promptly.
  • Monitor project budgets with Finance partners and ensure accurate profiling.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing resolutions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage contractor performance and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Lead regular project progress meetings, delivering timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Support inspections, document capitalizable works, and update lifecycle data with Finance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing policies, processes, and systems.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects to cost, quality, and time.
  • Expertise in working with multi-trade operatives and managing contractor performance.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, health & safety legislation, and CDM regulations.
  • Commercial awareness and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ICT systems, project management software, and Microsoft products.
Qualifications
  • Recognised project management qualification or demonstrable experience.
  • NEBOSH or ISOH certification in Health & Safety Management.
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in maintenance sector quality standards and planning.
  • Full UK driving license, business-use car insurance, and access to a vehicle.
