Property Service Officer Vacancy, South Norfolk Based, Interim Role

Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Property Service Officer in the Norfolk area.

The job responsibilities will be to:

  • Responsible for providing a range of practical services and compliance related tasks
  • Responsible for making properties ready to let and maintaining high standards, to ensuring efficient hand backs to landlords
  • Have a minimum of 12 months experience and in depth understanding of property compliance, empty homes (VOIDs), repairs and planned works in a residential setting, or able to demonstrate transferable skills/experience
  • Be able to carry out basic housing repairs, maintenance and cleaning tasks; from painting and decorating to utilities / system checks and inspections
  • Be highly proficient in maintaining accurate records and logging all service and repair tasks via our online apps
  • Have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and Property Compliance
  • Hold a full clean UK Drivers Licence and use of your own vehicle suitable for work use.
