  • Our client, a well-established organisation based in the Norfolk area, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Industrial Chemist / Scientist to join their manufacturing site.

    Education & Experience Required:

    • BSc/MSc/PhD in Chemistry or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in process improvement or a pilot plant environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support and contribute to the design and development of process plants.
    • Provide technical expertise for problem-solving and troubleshooting.
    • Conduct audits on plant performance standards.
    • Offer technical support to multiple production plants in collaboration with the Plant Manager.
    • Demonstrate significant hands-on experience in validation and process improvement.
    • Apply a strong understanding of laboratory and investigative studies to support both current and future manufacturing processes.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Must have several years of experience within manufacturing industries and be capable of working in a multidisciplinary team.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and ambitious, with strong technical skills and a hands-on approach.
