We’re excited to be working with a vibrant, fast-growing brand to recruit a Business Development Manager into their high-performing B2B sales team. If you’re a consultative, tenacious sales professional who thrives on autonomy and big opportunities, this one’s for you.

You’ll be joining a well-established company with a decade of B2B success under their belt. They work with some seriously big-name clients, and they’re just getting started. This role gives you the space to own your pipeline, shape your sales approach, and drive commercial success—while being backed by a supportive and passionate team.

Your day-to-day:

  • Sourcing, pitching, and securing new business across multiple sectors
  • Creating tailored proposals that add real value to your clients
  • Managing and growing relationships year after year
  • Owning your revenue and profit targets - with the rewards to match
  • Travelling to client meetings and attending events across the UK
  • Keeping everything on track with internal CRM

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years in B2B sales—ideally in retail, on-trade / off-trade, incentives, or product-based sectors
  • Strong communicator with a commercial brain and consultative sales style
  • Confidence in developing pricing strategies and negotiating deals
  • Tenacity, creativity, and a hunger to smash targets
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and ideally Salesforce experience (training provided)
