Sales Manager – Kitchen Appliances

Location: Norfolk

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 DOE + Bonus

Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an experienced Sales Manager on behalf of our fantastic client, a leading specialist in kitchen appliances known for its innovative product range and strong industry reputation. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth across the consumer, kitchen designer/showroom, and merchant sectors, playing a key role in the company’s expansion.

In this role, you will oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to fulfilment, while managing a sales team and an external agency. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to strengthen relationships with kitchen designers, retailers, and merchants, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and execute sales strategies to drive business growth across key markets.

· Manage and support a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a strategic and consultative approach to sales.

· Identify and target high-potential accounts, including national kitchen showrooms and online retailers.

· Work closely with the Executive Team to provide insights into sales performance, lead generation, and market trends.

Key Requirements:

· Proven leadership experience in a sales management role.

· A strong track record of delivering sales growth within the kitchen, interiors, appliances, or lifestyle sectors.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with trade counters, designers, and architects.

· Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure and expand business opportunities.

· Financially literate, with the ability to produce and analyse sales reports.

· Proficient in CRM systems, ideally Dynamics 365.
