Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for personable, driven, and positive Trade Sales Executive for a well-established, highly successful, and growing Furniture retailer.

The Trade Sales Executive will be selling predominantly to the hospitality and housing sectors, and will build their own customer base through excellent product knowledge and tailored packages, based on the customer’s needs.

Location - Norwich (with regular nationwide travel)

Package - £28k basic, plus 1% commission on all trade sales, plus trade sales performance bonus.

1st Year OTE - £45,000

Responsibilities;

- Identify and connect with potential new customers to establish and nurture professional relationships

- Attend exhibitions and other events, nationwide, to showcase company products

- Lead generation and sales conversion, both in person and via telephone

- Maintain and develop relationships with both new and existing customers through exceptional customer care and ethical sales practices

- Advise on all company products, preparing detailed quotations where required

- Explore, implement and manage new technologies to enhance the customer experience

- Swiftly and effectively resolve customer queries to ensure successful outcomes

- Contribute to the development and implementation of new projects within the Trade Sales division to increase revenue

- Any other duties required by management

- Regular travel with some evening and weekend work required

Essential Experience;

- Previous experience in Business-to-Business sales, or similar high volume product sales

- Experience of working to revenue targets and KPIs

- Proven track record in active sales

- Lead generation with a strong track record of conversion

Desirable Experience;

- Experience of working in a retail environment

- Strong understanding of trade within the hospitality industry
