Bright Selection is pleased to be supporting a long term client who are seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead an established nursing home in beautiful North Norfolk. They are looking for an inspiring and motivational leader that can ensure that team members are committed to delivering the best possible care for residents.

Our client is an well resourced non corporate provider with a supportive structure and plans for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursing home team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to residents.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
  • Ensure the home meets regulatory requirements (CQC, Health & Safety, etc.) and is consistently compliant.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure the home operates within budget while maintaining quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with families, residents, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, quality assurance, and best practices in care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a registered manager role within an elderly care setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.

Remuneration:

Competitive salary in the region of £70,000-80,000 plus benefits.
