Personal Assistant

Pay Rate: £15 per hour PAYEHours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 30-minute unpaid break.Work Pattern: 3 days onsite within King's Lynn, Norfolk - Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday are mandatory, 1 day from home (Monday or Wednesday)Contract: 6-month temporary position

Opus People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant/Business Support Officer on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
  • Minute-taking for meetings and ensuring accurate records.
  • Diary management, scheduling meetings, and organising appointments.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Booking meeting rooms and making travel arrangements.
  • Data entry, maintaining databases, and record-keeping.
  • Liaising with internal departments and handling incoming calls.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all queries.

Essential Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Previous minute taking during meetings experience.
  • Previous experience working in a busy office environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work onsite in the Norfolk office 4 days per week.
