Our client, a dynamic, PE backed organisation based in South Norfolk, is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Finance to provide crucial support on a month-to-month basis. This is a hybrid role, requiring 1-2 days per week in the office (based in South Norfolk), working closely with the CEO and managing a finance team of three.
The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing for audit, ensuring compliance and accuracy across financial operations. Additionally, they will oversee cashflow forecasting, providing strategic financial insights and guidance to senior leadership. This role will also involve managing and developing the finance team, driving efficiency and performance within the department.
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must be professionally qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) and have proven experience in a Financial Controller or Head of Finance role. Strong technical expertise in audit preparation and cashflow forecasting is essential, along with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. The ability to hit the ground running in an interim capacity is crucial.
