Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate HR Administrator to join our clients HR team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to start their career in Human Resources. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process payroll and manage employee benefits administration.
• Handle employee enquiries and provide general HR support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; Human Resources related is preferable.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• A proactive and determined attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
