R13 Recruitment are pleased to be partnering with an exciting business in the leisure industry, in their search for HR Administrator. The focus of your role will be to administrative support the HR function of the business including handling confidential information, HR documents & the HR System.

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday - Friday from offices based in North Norfolk. The salary on offer is £25,00 - £28,000 depending on experience.

The day to day

  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Ensuring the HR system & all employee records are accurate and properly maintained.
  • Providing support during the onboarding process, including inductions & reference requests
  • Managing the HR inbox, responding to internal/external queries.
  • Processing mileage and expense claims.
  • Managing the staff absence record.
  • Carrying out workstation assessments.
  • Ordering stationary and uniforms for the team.

You will have/be

  • Previous experience within an administrative/HR function.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident liaising across all levels of an organisation.
  • Detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy in your work.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office suite (including Word & Excel)
  • Able to maintain confidentiality & work with integrity.
