Mid-Level Designer

BettingJobs is working with a B2B iGaming sweepstakes platform provider who are looking for a Mid-Level Designer to join their team in Norfolk.

Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, balancing aesthetics with usability.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create designs aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design marketing assets, banners, and promotional materials for the platform.
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining a fresh and modern look.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and optimize designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a designer in a digital or tech-focused environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design, branding, and marketing materials.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform compatibility.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
• A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic front-end development principles (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
• Experience in the iGaming, entertainment, or similar industry is advantageous.
• Animation and motion design experience (e.g., After Effects).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and usability testing methodologies.
