Your Role:

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:- Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility support.-Promote dignity, independence, and choice for residents.- Support with mealtimes and hydration to ensure well-being.- Engage residents in meaningful activities and companionship.- Follow care plans and report any concerns to senior staff.- Maintain accurate records and uphold high care standards.
