Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support them for a 3 month assignment from February 2025. Working with the HR Manager, the role will be a full generalist role providing high quality, professional and proactive advice to managers on all HR related matters.  This will have a particular focus on case management, some of which will be complex, absence management, discipline and grievance.  You will also be required to provide advice, guidance, and support to staff, including on matters relating to their employment.  About youIdeally you will be qualified to Level 5 CIPD, or have recent HR generalist experience, including a good practical knowledge and understanding of the core HR activities and current employment law, as well as first-class interpersonal and listening skills.  You will be adept at working at pace and juggling competing demands whilst delivering a high quality service.This role is offered as a 3 month temporary assignment working 3 days a week, with 1 day office based.For further details, please contact Becky Wilson
