We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our client as a key advisor to senior leadership, helping to shape and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities for a HR Business Partner:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business goals and objectives. Offer strategic & pragmatic solutions to support the strategies within the business unit.
  • To actively engage with your stakeholders and members of the team, engendering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement, drawing on your knowledge of case law and legislation.
  • Policy Development: Create and refine HR policies to improve efficiency and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of HR information systems and digital workflows within the business unit.
  • Design & deliver training & development program’s which supports the UK policies as well as the strategic goals of the business unit. In particular drive leadership development within your areas.

Key Requirements for a HR Business Partner:

  • Chartered CIPD L7 or equivalent.
  • Have relevant practical generalist experience gained in a high paced manufacturing environment.
  • Hold a full UK Drivers License and be able to travel. Occasional overnight stays will be required to meet business needs and to support other areas of the UK as and when required whilst this role is 'stand alone’ there is a wider UK HR team that requires collaboration.
  • Willing to progress your knowledge through use of CPD, and ensuring current up to date knowledge of case law.
