Job Title: Employment Locum Solicitor – Norfolk

Location: Norfolk (Hybrid Working Options Available)Experience: 3+ Years’ PQE

We are currently seeking an experienced Employment Locum Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to join a reputable firm in East Anglia. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Employment Lawyer to manage a full caseload on a flexible, hybrid basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of Employment law matters from start to finish, covering both contentious and non-contentious work
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of employment issues, including contracts, dismissals, redundancies, and disciplinary matters
  • Represent clients in Employment Tribunal cases and other relevant proceedings
  • Draft and review employment contracts, settlement agreements, and HR policies

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in Employment Law
  • Demonstrable experience handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Strong client management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
