We are partnering with a top ranked and prestigious law firm with offices across the Norfolk region, who are seeking to recruit a qualified Residential Property Lawyer. This is a permanent, full-time position, that offers flexible hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of residential property transactions
  • Conduct thorough land registry searches and verify property ownership
  • Draught legal documents for contracts, leases, and other conveyancing essentials
  • Coordinate with clients, estate agents, and other relevant parties
  • Utilise a sophisticated case management system to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in residential conveyancing
  • Relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEX etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of land registry and property law
  • Understanding of landlord and tenant regulations
  • Proficiency in lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisement
  • Proven ability to use a case management system effectively
