Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and maintenance of MFDs/Photocopiers
- Achieve high first-time fix rates for service calls
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product training
- Manage vehicle stock
- Cover the West London area
Candidate Requirements:
- Current experience working on MFDs/Copiers
- Excellent IT and networking skills
- Strong communication skills for client interactions at all levels
- Great time management and ability to work under pressure
Package Includes:
