Role: Photocopier Field Engineer - Norfolk / SuffolkAre you an experienced photocopier field service engineer looking for a new challenge and interested in joining a forward-thinking company with a cutting-edge approach to IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Service, repair, and maintenance of MFDs/Photocopiers
  • Achieve high first-time fix rates for service calls
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product training
  • Manage vehicle stock
  • Cover the West London area

Candidate Requirements:

  • Current experience working on MFDs/Copiers
  • Excellent IT and networking skills
  • Strong communication skills for client interactions at all levels
  • Great time management and ability to work under pressure
