Key Responsibilities of this Engineering Administrator role:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client and colleague enquiries related to jobs, quotes, and invoices, ensuring effective and timely communication.
  • Support the Admin Department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including database management and job system updates.
  • Monitor and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet agreed deadlines and standards.
  • Provide support to engineers and risk assessors, assisting with job execution and warehouse management.
  • Oversee the submission of invoices for completed works and manage remedial quotations.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve internal processes and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements for this Engineering Administrator role:

  • Experience working in a client-focused or administrative environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
