Contract Personnel are pleased to be representing an East Tuddenham based, family run business who are looking for a permanent Office Administrator to join their team.  

The duties of this role include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries and providing quotations.
  • Processing and managing orders via telephone, email and online.
  • Processing invoices, receipts and statements.
  • Marketing activities (i.e - advertisement placement and social media content)
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to Management.
  • Administration and general office duties such as filing, copying, scanning and shredding.

A successful candidate will:

  • Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be highly organised and able to multi-task.
  • High attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • An understanding of Quickbooks (or a willingness to learn).
  • Have a positive and flexible attitude.

Hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (no weekends)
