- Managing a portfolio of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
- Advising clients on legal matters related to property transactions
- Drafting letters and legal documents
- Liaising directly with other parties to address enquiries
- Conducting searches with Local Authority, Land Registry, and other relevant bodies
- Arranging the transfer of monies on completion
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes
- Experience and/or knowledge of mortgages, transfer of equity, buy-to-let, and leasehold properties
- Legal document preparation and legal consulting experience
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong organisation and time management abilities
- A friendly and approachable attitude, with the ability to work well in a team
