Overview  Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer/ CLC to join the Property Team. You will be fronting a Legal 500 listed department and will be dealing with top quality work on behalf of high-quality clients across a vast sector.  You will ideally be an experienced Residential Conveyancer/CLC with at least 4 years’ experience and have experience with knowledge of mortgages and buy-to-let. Whilst the team is only small in terms of headcount, they have a tremendous reputation and a strong client base.The Role
  • Managing a portfolio of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
  • Advising clients on legal matters related to property transactions
  • Drafting letters and legal documents
  • Liaising directly with other parties to address enquiries
  • Conducting searches with Local Authority, Land Registry, and other relevant bodies
  • Arranging the transfer of monies on completion
Who
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes
  • Experience and/or knowledge of mortgages, transfer of equity, buy-to-let, and leasehold properties
  • Legal document preparation and legal consulting experience
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong organisation and time management abilities
  • A friendly and approachable attitude, with the ability to work well in a team
