Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Property Manager based at a popular Estate and Letting Agent in King's Lynn.
Location: King's Lynn.
Hours: 3 days a week, 09:00-17:00 (flexible).
Responsibilities:
- Assist with lettings, sales, and property management.
- Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to check the condition of buildings and grounds.
- Communicate with residents, clients, and investors.
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and activities.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Competent IT skills.
Requirements:
- Experience in Property Management/Lettings is required.
- A valid driving licence is required.
Salary:
- Up to £15 an hour (dependent on experience).
