Due to expansion, our client, a well-respected independent Estate Agency in North Norfolk, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join their close-knit team as a Trainee Sales Negotiator.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the property industry. The ideal individual will be charismatic, driven and will have the capability to interact with clients from all walks of life, as well as being organised and having a ‘can-do’ attitude.

As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will receive:

  • Basic salary up to £22,500

Working hours: 

  • 35 hours per week 
  • Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm 
  • Saturdays 9.30am - 12.30pm (a day off in lieu to be given when worked) 

Trainee Sales Negotiator requirements:

  • The ability to work well in a team and the capacity to use initiative whilst working on your own
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – someone who genuinely cares about helping others
  • A keen desire to deliver a fantastic customer experience by being able to engage with a variety of consumers
  • Excellent IT and administration skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
  • Eagerness to learn and with a passion and drive to succeed/progress within a respected family-run business

The key duties of the Trainee Sales Negotiator will include:

  • Register Applicants and Vendors, as well as attend property viewings
  • Actively generate property valuations and viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Progress transactions to successful completion
  • Maintain and organise filing systems
  • General administrative tasks
