Senior Systems Engineer Are you a skilled Systems Engineer looking for an opportunity to work on cutting-edge vehicle and equipment projects? The Role:As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and integrating high-performance electric drive systems into a variety of customer applications. You'll work closely with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, focusing on safety, compliance, and performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement electric drivetrain solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Manage technical specifications, requirements, and project deliverables.
  • Lead system development, including CAN control, battery management systems, and harness design.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
  • Ensure compliance with UK and international regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Support international customer projects and system implementations.

What You'll Need:

  • A degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering).
  • Experience in automotive or off-road vehicle systems (hybrid or electric preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of CAN protocol, system debugging, and electric drive systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time, to cost, and to quality.
  • A full driving license and the ability to travel internationally when required.
