We are continuously seeking skilled Electrical Installation Lecturers and Assessors to join various educational institutions, including colleges, training providers, and universities across South Wales, Central Wales, Midlands, and East Anglia. This is an open and ongoing recruitment for professionals in the field of electrical installation, as well as other engineering disciplines such as mechanical engineering.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Deliver lectures and/or assessments in electrical installation according to the curriculum and educational level (college, university, etc.).
  • Prepare educational material and coursework.
  • Assess student progress, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain records of students' progress, attendance, and grades.
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
  • Stay updated with developments in the field of electrical installation and in teaching methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; further teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential.
  • Must hold the 18th Edition qualification.
  • Experience in teaching or assessing in the field of electrical installation is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of electrical installation practices and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Flexibility to work with different educational institutions and adapt to their specific requirements.
