Job Description - Warehouse Operative
Osborne Appointments are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives for our client, an Industrial business, based in Dereham, on an on-going temporary to permanent basis.
Hours of a Production Operative: Monday – Friday 06:30am to 4:30pm
Pay rate: £11.44p/h
Duties of a Warehouse Operative:
- Picking using a picking sheetÂ
- Packing the picked items ready for despatfh
- Loading and unloadingÂ
- Knowledge of despatch
- Adhering to all health and safety standards
- Various duties to be taken once trained
- Moving materials and equipment around the warehouse
- Keeping the warehouse tidy and organised
- Use of Counterbalance forkliftÂ
Personal specification of Warehouse Operative:
- Must have good attention to detail
- Previous experience of working in in a Warehouse EnvironmentÂ
- Applicants must be able to work under pressure
- Good computer literacy
- Applicants must be able to under take a physically demanding role
