Are you an experienced Occupational Health Technician (OHT) seeking a part-time role? We have a fantastic opportunity to support a leading glass manufacturer in Northern Ireland.

Role Details:

  • Position: Occupational Health Technician
  • Location: On-site with a glass manufacturing client in Northern Ireland
  • Schedule:
    • 2 days per week (Monday and Friday preferred; consecutive days can be considered with logistical planning)
    • Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
  • Start Date: Ideally the first week of January
  • Contract Type: Self-employed/Limited Company basis
  • Daily Rate: Negotiable (please share your expectations so we can ensure it aligns with our margins)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workplace health assessments and health surveillance.
  • Monitor and evaluate workplace hazards.
  • Assist with health and safety training initiatives.
  • Provide first aid and emergency care when required.
  • Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with and support occupational health professionals.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Occupational Health Technician training (mandatory).
  • Previous OHT experience and accreditation.
  • Background in healthcare is highly desirable.
