Hours of Work and Salary:
Morning shift
- Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 14:30
- Friday 06:00-11:00
- 13.68 PER HOUR
Afternoon Shift
- Monday to Thursday 14:00 - 23:00
- Friday 10:45 - 15:45
- 16.42 PER HOUR
Night Shift
- Monday to Thursday 22:00 - 06:30
- Friday 17:30 - 22:30
- 17.38 PER HOUR
Responsibilities:
- Cover Powder coat process when required
* Painting of all parts to high standards (on a moving line, speed 13ft per minute).
* Change equipment as per standardised work requirements.
* Rework rejected parts to hight Quality standards.
* Ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained and stored within H&S requirements.
* Adhere to the company's Health & Safety policy and safe working practices.
* Adhere to company's Values in Action: Integrity, Commitment, Excellence,Teamwork.
Requirements:
* Familiarity with functionality of spray systems.
* Knowledge of different paint types.
* Knowledge of MSDS and COSSH systems.
* Ability to change equipment e.g. tips and filters.
* The ability to read, comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions/procedures.
* Ability to work well with a team environment and possess a flexible attitude.
* You will possess effective communication skills to cmmunicate with various levels of the organisation.
* Willing to undertake training/learning as required.
Please note that a practical spray test will be undertaken prior to being offered an assignment.
