About the role:

A forward-thinking multidisciplinary clinic is seeking a dynamic Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to take on a dual role combining high-quality patient care with departmental leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist lead looking to step into a role where they can shape services, support others, and make a real impact.

You will provide clinical expertise while also line managing a small diagnostics team, contributing to training, mentoring, and service development. A structured induction, regular support, and a collaborative team culture are in place to help you thrive from day one.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding patient care, including MSK assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Provide line management to a team of clinicians, supporting their development and wellbeing.
  • Take part in peer reviews, case discussions, coaching, and in-service training (IST).
  • Collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team, including internal referral pathways.
  • Participate in service development sessions and help shape physiotherapy strategy.
  • Run or assist in Pilates classes as part of patient rehabilitation programmes (opportunity to be fully trained in Pilates)
  • Engage in regular supervision, performance reviews, and CPD opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy with HCPC registration.
  • Minimum 5 years of musculoskeletal experience.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience and strong interest in leadership and line management.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to clinical care and service improvement.
  • Keen to support, develop, and mentor fellow clinicians.
  • Passion for keeping people active and supporting long-term health.
