Our client is seeking a talented and driven Structural Engineer to join their Wiltshire office. They offer the flexibility of hybrid working, which allows maximum collaboration and autonomy.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Performing detailed structural design and analysis independently for smaller projects
- Collaborating with architects, contractors and other engineers
- Taking responsibility for calculations and computer models for complex structures such as buildings or industrial projects
- Running small projects
About you:
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 3+ years' experience in the UK industry or equivalent
- Keen to gain Chartership (CEng) with ICE or IStructE
- Proficiency in industry-specific software
- A proven track record in technical delivery
- Strong communication skills, with previous experience in team or project management preferred
