Daily duties will involve:
- Leading and contributing to the design and development of architectural projects
- Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Participating in design reviews and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Architecture and ARB registration
- Strong design sensibility with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical ability
- Proven experience working across RIBA stages, particularly stages 3-5
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for high-quality design
