Account Manager Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience) + bonus + benefits Devizes, Wiltshire Permanent

Our prestigious client is currently requiring an experienced Internal Account Manager to join their hardworking and growing team in Devizes. You will be providing a first-class service experience to both customers and suppliers, ensuring all parties are kept informed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephone and email queries
  • Update customers on their orders
  • Partner closely with Area Sales Manager
  • Proactively build relationships with designated retailers
  • Update and maintain the in-house CRM
  • Upsell/cross-sell products
  • General administration

Person specification:

  • Previous account management/customer service experience
  • Professional and polite manner
  • Work well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Methodical, logical, and organised approach
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office

The hours of work will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, and there is free on-site parking for staff.

The successful candidate will be joining a dedicated team where you will receive excellent training and support, as well as the opportunity to become an integral part of the team.

Due to the client's location, having your own transport would be beneficial.
