You'll be at the heart of their operations, managing customer orders, processing various requests, and ensuring you maintain a solution-focused approach. Responsibilities:

  • Streamline order processing for optimal customer experience.
  • Provide tailored service by understanding client needs.
  • Ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and proactive communication.
  • Maintain professional and empathetic customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for unified support.
  • Provide team coverage and manage shared communications.
  • Partner with Sales to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Identify and address process issues, proposing effective solutions.
  • Contribute to team improvements through active participation.
