Randstad are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor / General Foreman experienced in Masonry Works and Structural / Bridge remediation projects for work on a major rail framework in the Wessex region.

The role is an immediate requirement.

Travel across sites within the region will be required.

Key Duties:

  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled workers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute energy projects within the defined timelines and budget constraints
  • Managing paperwork
  • Tool box talks, inductions, briefings

Qualification Requirements:
