You will need to be BDS and BPSS checked. Also, longer term ability to be SC cleared needed, this will be funded by the company.

Main Duties

  • Develop and execute customer modern workplace strategies, aligning with business objectives.
  • Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 workloads, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Power Platform.
  • Implement and manage collaboration tools and platforms to promote effective teamwork and communication.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of the modern workplace environment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end-users.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest modern workplace trends and technologies.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing modern workplace solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite of products and services.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Desirable Microsoft 365 Certified: Associate Level
  • Desirable Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
  • Desirable Security Certifications (Security+, CEH)
