Main Duties
- Develop and execute customer modern workplace strategies, aligning with business objectives.
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 workloads, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Power Platform.
- Implement and manage collaboration tools and platforms to promote effective teamwork and communication.
- Ensure the security and compliance of the modern workplace environment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest modern workplace trends and technologies.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in designing and implementing modern workplace solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite of products and services.
- Experience with cloud technologies and platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Desirable Microsoft 365 Certified: Associate Level
- Desirable Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- Desirable Security Certifications (Security+, CEH)
