Responsibilities:
·Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of highway construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
·Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to achieve project objectives.
·Lead and motivate a team of engineers, project managers, and site personnel to ensure optimal performance and project success.
·Foster a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.
·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
·Act as the main point of contact for client communication, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
·Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest standards in construction and project delivery.
·Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
·Manage project budgets effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities and mitigating financial risks.
·Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies on all construction sites.
Implement safety initiatives and conduct regular safety audits.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in highways construction project management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
