Key Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:-
Manage classroom behaviour and create a productive learning environment.

Act as a positive role model for students and staff.

Supervise and deliver pre-set lessons as a Cover Supervisor.

Be flexible and confident in covering various subjects across KS3 and KS4.

Previous experience working with young people or in a school setting.

Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.

A passion for supporting students in their education.

Ability to create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.

A degree in any subject is preferred.

Competitive daily pay (£100-£130, depending on experience).
