Reed Business Support in Bath is delighted to be partnered with a Wiltshire based business in their search for a Front of House Administrator to join their busy team. Service Department at our Hyundai Dealership in Trowbridge. Covering maternity leave you will be working within a fast paced, friendly team and can be sure of receiving the best quality training and development from the managers and staff.

6-9 month contract£12.25 per hour / £25,480 pro rata40 hour per week, 8-5pm (1 hour for lunch)Monday to Friday

Key duties include:

•    Greeting customers and providing them with a positive experience•    Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting them•    Conducting vehicle inspections and providing detailed reports to customers•    Explaining recommended repairs and services to customers in a clear and understandable manner•    Providing accurate estimates •    Scheduling appointments and managing the department's calendar•    Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and addressing any additional concerns

Experience:

•    Previous experience as Front of House / Administrator or similar customer service experience is preferred•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills•    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment•    Excellent problem-solving skills•    Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping
