MuleSoft Team Lead This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, talented DevOps team at a Financial Services company and lead a team of experienced Mulesoft Developers.Using your MuleSoft skills you will help drive and execute this business's long-term API vision and strategy as part of its digital transformation initiatives.This business has a fast-paced, digital, technical and business environment and the function supports thousands of internal users and external customers through its Mendix and Salesforce platforms on which they have built a wide portfolio of solutions – from significant digital transformation initiatives to innovative cloud-based mobile apps. With the acceleration of the digital transformation and API strategy, you can be assured of a full pipeline of varied and interesting projects that will really put your MuleSoft skills to the test!To be considered, you will be a seasoned Mulesoft Team Lead with a solid software engineering background. You must have the following skills:• Strong hands-on experience in Mule v4 including either/both on-premise and CloudHub runtimes• A self-starter with experience managing, leading and coaching a high performing team of Developers• Proven track record of working with stakeholders in large, complex organisations• Experience in developing APIs using MuleSoft within Agile delivery teams• Knowledge of REST design principles and API design/architecture best practices• Knowledge and proven experience of three-layer integration architecture principles• Experience of Dataweave• Knowledge of OAS and/or RAML• Knowledge of XML and JSON• Knowledge of API security standards• Experience in CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps (or similar)• Proven unit testing skills using the MUnit frameworkA MuleSoft Development Certification is preferred, and you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience, plus a generous annual bonus and a superb 12% non-contributory pension.
