Five Education are working with a wonderful Resource Provision in Wiltshire who are looking for a Provision Co-Ordinator to join their team ASAP and would be contracted until March 2025 on a fixed term contract. 

Role: Resource Provision Co-Ordinator

Location: Wiltshire

Contract: Fixed Term Contract (ASAP until March 2025 min.)

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 (pro rata)

Working hours: 10:00-18:15 (Monday to Wednesday), 10:30-18:15 (Thursday) and 9:30-16:30 (Sunday)

Job role responsibilities:

  • Designated Safeguarding Lead for the provision - lead and manage Safeguarding and the administration staff
  • Oversee the delivery of a safe and compliant experience for the students
  • Budget management 
  • Manage strategic development of the provision
  • Provide training 
  • Complete risk assessments
  • Ensuring placement information are all accurate and correct
  • Responsible for all elements of OFSTED registration compliance

Essential/Desirable experience:

  • Lvl 3 H&S Care or Childcare
  • Experience in working within SEND in an education or Care setting
  • Management experience
  • Designated Safeguarding Lead experience (or experience in working alongside a DSL)
  • Effective communicator who can lead a team
  • Knowledge within a setting which is OFSTED regulated
