Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and DV Cleared Windows Server Engineer/Administrator to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional with extensive experience in managing Windows Server OS environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Triage: Proactively monitor server performance and conduct triage for any issues.
- Event and Alert Response: Respond to system events and alerts promptly to ensure minimal downtime.
- Troubleshooting and Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve server-related incidents efficiently.
- Patching and Updates: Perform regular patching and updates to maintain system security and performance.
- Disaster Recovery Exercises: Participate in scenario-based desktop disaster recovery exercises to ensure preparedness.
Requirements:
- Security Clearance: Must hold a valid DV clearance.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Windows Server Engineer/Administrator.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting, incident remediation, and resolution skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Windows Server OS and related technology
