They are looking for an experienced Individual Giving Project Manager to drive growth across a variety of income streams. From managing campaigns like cash appeals and regular giving to spearheading innovative approaches in lottery and legacy fundraising, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact. Leading a team of two, you’ll work collaboratively to deliver results that make a lasting difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement dynamic multi-channel campaigns that engage donors and boost fundraising efforts.
  • Innovate strategies for growing lottery programmes, encouraging legacy giving, and enhancing in-memory donations.
  • Oversee budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery of activities while tracking and reporting on performance.
  • Inspire and lead your team to achieve shared goals, ensuring high levels of collaboration and motivation.

The Details:

  • Salary: £36,000 - £40,000.
  • Flexible location: work from anywhere in the UK, with weekly travel to the office during the initial period.
