They are looking for an experienced Individual Giving Project Manager to drive growth across a variety of income streams. From managing campaigns like cash appeals and regular giving to spearheading innovative approaches in lottery and legacy fundraising, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact. Leading a team of two, you’ll work collaboratively to deliver results that make a lasting difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement dynamic multi-channel campaigns that engage donors and boost fundraising efforts.
- Innovate strategies for growing lottery programmes, encouraging legacy giving, and enhancing in-memory donations.
- Oversee budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery of activities while tracking and reporting on performance.
- Inspire and lead your team to achieve shared goals, ensuring high levels of collaboration and motivation.
The Ideal Candidate:
- You have a proven history in individual giving or related fundraising fields, with a knack for achieving ambitious targets.
- Skilled in data-driven decision-making, you thrive on analysing performance and refining strategies for success.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills enable you to manage multiple projects while supporting team growth.
- Your passion for making a positive impact is matched by your dedication to providing an excellent donor experience.
The Details:
- Salary: £36,000 - £40,000.
- Flexible location: work from anywhere in the UK, with weekly travel to the office during the initial period.
